Brenda has been a breath of fresh air to my yoga practice. Brenda’s teaching style encourages self exploration and reflection, letting go of the ego and sinking into your own unique yoga practice. The Teacher Training Course has been amazing, every weekend has brought new learning, perspectives and nuggets of wisdom. The Yoga studio is welcoming and decorated with inspiring pictures and quotes.
