Application & Accreditation

Deciding to undertake Yoga Teacher Training is a big commitment, and it’s important to choose a course that is right for you… which may or may not be East of England Yoga School.

We are now accepting applications for our 2025 teaceher training course

Being a yoga teacher does not mean you have to be able to perform asana, or be a certain size or shape. It is your passion and desire to learn and develop your practice that is important.

We prefer that you have at least 2 to 3 years experience in practicing yoga. We do, however, treat everyone as an individual, and we understand that some people do not have the chance to attend classes or have a regular teacher, so please get in touch if you have any queries or concerns.

How to apply

Applying for our course couldn’t be easier, Simply send us your deposit and submit an application form and then sit back and let us do the rest. Feel free to contact us for a chat or if you have any questions.

Please follow the steps below to apply.

Pay your £500 Deposit to secure your place using the link below. Please note you will be redirected to PayPal but you can still complete your payment using a debit/credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. You have a 14 day cooling off period after we receive your deposit, after which your deposit is non refundable.

Complete your application form, making sure that you provide relevant contact information and if possible give us the same email that you used to pay your deposit (it helps us to match your application and deposit). Your place on the course is not confirmed until we have received both your deposit and your application form and in some cases we may also like to speak to you over the phone before finalising your place.

Sit back and relax, make yourself a cuppa and revel in the fact that you took action today that is going to shape the rest of your life. Something big has happened. You are about to begin an amazing journey and we are very much looking forward to being a part of it with you. But for now you can rest easy.

We will be in touch with you soon.

Anything Else

We understand that you will be investing a lot for your training, so it’s important that you feel comfortable with our teaching styles and methods, and, of course, us with you too. If possible, you are welcome to attend a class with Laurence and have a chat in person. If you have any questions but are unable to attend a class, please contact us. We are here to help.

You are also welcome to come and visit us on a day of the current East of England Yoga School Training (until December 2024), which will give you more of an idea of what happens during training. Its best to visit us during a lunchtime. Get in touch for times and dates.

Then we will be in touch with you again to give you your nearer the time of the course and we will have a chat about setting up a payment plan for the rest of the course fees.

Your information is confidential and will only be seen by tutors involved with East of England Yoga School.

Besides that, there are no prerequisites (besides your regular practice), no pre-course study or reading, you come as you are in the place you are at that moment in time, and we go from there.
